Loyalty Cards
- When you apply for Loyalty Card program, you have to accept these terms and conditions.
- Smart Nation Loyalty Cards are issued by and remain the property of Smart Nation Company.
- Smart Nation has the right to change at any time the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Card program.
- You can get the Loyalty Card by applying at Smart Nation Store or by requesting for it on our website and you will be issued with a card which can be used to collect points on Smart Nation Loyalty account.
- You must register your personal details and keep the customer service informed of any changes. Smart Nation cannot be held responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of out of date details
- A loyalty account will be created in your name to record the earned and redeemed points.
- After applying for any smart nation Loyalty Card, the customer service will scan the card and send it to your email address, in case it is lost, stolen or damaged, to prove your ownership of the card.
- Loyalty Cards can only be used for purchases from Smart Nation Store.
- Points can only be accumulated upon presentation of the card at the moment of the purchase.
- Points can be earned even if the purchase is made via a gift card or a voucher.
- The redemption process starts directly after collecting the required point balance.
- On redemption, your name should match the one registered on Smart Nation Loyalty Card system.
- During the sales period you can collect the same value of points and redeem your points.
- You can check your point balance either by calling or approaching our customer service, or online on our website.
- All the products in our store are included in the points’ rewards.
- Each 2500 accumulated points will grant the card holder a 50$ reward card.
- In case of lost or stolen card, it is your responsibility to report the missing card to the customer service at Smart Nation.
- If your Loyalty Card becomes lost, stolen or damaged, you should contact us immediately as mentioned before, in order to protect your card balance from the point in time you notify us that your card is missing or damaged. We will freeze the remaining balance on your Loyalty Card and will load that remaining balance on a replacement Loyalty Card.
- Cards cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
- Loyalty Cards cannot be used as Credit or Debit Cards.
- You can choose to terminate your Loyalty Cards any time you want. By terminating your card you forfeit the right to any points already collected or issued.
Gift Cards
By purchasing and using your Smart Nation Gift Card, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records. Smart Nation reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Smart Nation Gift Cards are issued by and remain the property of Smart Nation Company.
- The Gift Cards can be purchased at Smart Nation Store.
- The Gift Cards can be requested on Smart Nation website, and Smart Nation will deliver the card to the provided address.
- The Gift Card is free of charge; you will only pay the loaded amount.
- The currency of the Gift Card is Lebanese Pounds (LBP) or USD.
- The client purchasing a gift card will earn 5% discount on his next purchase from Smart Nation Store. (5% discount on your next purchase from Smart Nation Store with every Gift Card Purchasing.)
- The Gift Card is valid for 24 months from activation; after this period, the Gift Card shall be terminated, and any remaining amount is not exchangeable and will be automatically deprived. If the Gift Card’s balance reaches zero, the Gift Card will be terminated.
- The Gift Card can be used for purchases at Smart Nation Store only, and may not withdraw cash from ATMs or cash advance.
- Every purchase made with a Gift Card is automatically deducted from the Gift Card balance, and the remaining balance may be used for future purchases until the validation expiry date.
- You should get a receipt at the time you make a transaction using your Gift Card. It is recommended that you keep all receipts of purchases made with your Gift Card.
- If the purchase amount is greater than the remaining balance, the difference may be paid for with cash, or credit or debit card.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged neither with a coupon nor with other Gift Cards.
- Smart Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards after their activation, or even for refunding any remaining balance in the lost or stolen card account.
- Gift Cards may not be exchanged in for cash or resold.
- Products bought with the Gift Card are subject to the same exchange and return policies as any other product sold in our Store. In this case, if you return a product acquired with a Gift Card, the refund will be added to your Smart Nation account for future purchases.
